The complete product catalogue was onboarded into Salsify, eliminating fragmented spreadsheets and disconnected data sources. Paladone now operates from a single source of truth for product information.
Introduced governance and structured workflows
We configured user roles, workflows and validation frameworks to create clarity in ownership and accountability. Product data management shifted from reactive handling to controlled digital shelf governance.
Enabled core marketplace channels
Through ChannelEngine, we strengthened Amazon Seller and Amazon Vendor operations and enabled TikTok Shop in a scalable way. Channel management became structured rather than manual.
Onboarded Walmart as a new sales channel
Walmart was successfully introduced as a new marketplace channel, expanding reach and supporting customer acquisition goals while maintaining data consistency and operational control.
Launched new products across channels
With centralized content and streamlined syndication in place, new product launches across Amazon, TikTok Shop and Walmart became repeatable and coordinated, significantly improving speed-to-market and reducing launch friction.
