Neortus kreeg de opdracht om de direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategie van Versuni wereldwijd te versterken. \n\t\t\t\t\t\tHet nieuwe Global D2C Commercial Optimization Team hielp regionale D2C-teams bij het verbeteren van hun webshops. We zorgden ervoor dat de campagnes en productlanceringen in de regio\u2019s synchroon liepen met de wereldwijde kalender. \n\t\t\t\t\t\tWe werkten nauw samen met de wereldwijde marketing- en sales-teams en de lokale ecommerce-teams. Samen stemden we prijsbeleid en promoties af op belangrijke KPI\u2019s zoals Improved Gross Margin (IGM) en Incremental Sales Margin (ISM). Door het juiste moment van productactivatie en goed beheer van het digitale schap, verhoogden we de zichtbaarheid en verbeterden we de klantreis. We zorgden voor coaching, dagelijkse aansturing en borgden de aansluiting bij de bredere bedrijfsdoelen.
